LEGAL FRAMEWORK

1) TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions apply to all programs, conferences, summits, retreats, training sessions and events operated by Future Youth Global Network (FYGN).

By submitting an application, completing payment or attending any FYGN activity, the participant agrees to be legally bound by all clauses below.

A) Eligibility

• Participants must meet age and program requirements.

• FYGN reserves the right to verify identity and eligibility.

• Applications may be accepted or declined without obligation to provide justification.

B) Registration

• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

• Only applicants receiving an official acceptance email are approved.

• Self-funded delegates must complete payment by the given deadline; failure to do so may result in loss of seat.

C) Fees & Charges

• Application fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

• Program fees for self-funded delegates are refundable only under the Refund Policy stated

below.

• Fully-funded delegates do not pay fees and therefore do not qualify for refunds.

D) Program Adjustments

FYGN may modify program dates, venues, speakers, schedules, or format when reasonably required due to safety, logistics, force majeure, or host-country regulations.

Changes do not provide entitlement to a refund outside what is written in the Refund Policy.

E) Visas, Travel & Accommodation

• FYGN may issue visa support documents where applicable, but does not guarantee visa approval.

• Travel planning and immigration responsibility lies solely with the participant.

• FYGN is not responsible for costs related to visa refusal, flight cancellation, accommodation loss, or travel delays.

F) Conduct & Removal

• Participants must follow the FYGN Code of Conduct.

• FYGN reserves the right to remove participants for misconduct or violation of law with no refund issued.

G) Certification

Certificate issuance is at FYGN discretion and may depend on attendance, participation and behavior.

H) Limitation of Liability

FYGN is not liable for illness, injury, theft, visa issues, travel disruptions, accommodation failures, or force majeure events unless direct negligence by FYGN is legally proven.

I) Acceptance

Participation constitutes full acceptance of all FYGN legal policies including Refund, Privacy, GDPR, Liability, Risk, Cyber Security, Anti-Fraud, Media Consent and Master Agreement.

2) PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy ensures protection of participant data in compliance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), UAE data regulations, and global data protection standards.

Data We Collect:

• Name, nationality, date of birth

• Email, phone contact, country of residence

• Passport/visa details (if required)

• Payment records for self-funded participants

• Answers in application forms and attendance records

• Photos/video if captured during events

• IP address, device data, cookies (analytics & security)

Data Purpose

Collected data is used solely for:

• Participant selection and communication

• Visa support where applicable

• Payments & registration confirmation

• Certificates and participation documentation

• Program safety and operational improvement

Data Sharing

Information may be shared only when necessary with:

• Hotels and venues for rooming logistics

• Embassies/immigration if legally required

• Payment processors or financial gateways

• Security agencies or government only if demanded by law

No data is ever sold or commercially traded.

Retention & Deletion

Data is stored securely and deleted or anonymized after legal retention expiry unless regulatory extension applies.

Your Rights

Participants may request:

• Access

• Correction

• Deletion

• Restriction

• Export

• Withdrawal of consent
