Participation in FYGN programs is voluntary. FYGN is not responsible for:

• Medical illness, injury, or health incidents.

• Lost or damaged personal belongings.

• Visa failure, border refusal, or travel disruptions.

• Natural events, political restrictions, or force majeure situations.

Delegates participate at their own personal risk.

2. Risk Disclaimer

Delegates understand that:

• Weather and travel conditions may change unexpectedly.

• Visa approval is not guaranteed.

• Flights may be delayed or cancelled.

• Emergencies or global crises may arise at any time.

FYGN is exempt from liability for risks outside of its operational control.

3. Media Consent

By participating in FYGN programs, delegates grant FYGN the right to use:

• Photos

• Videos

• Recorded sessions

These materials may be used for marketing, reporting, website content, publications, press, and outreach.

Delegates who do not wish to appear in the media must notify FYGN via email (info@fygn.org) before the event.
