This Privacy Policy outlines how Future Youth Global Network (FYGN) collects, uses, and protects participant data in compliance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), UAE data regulations, and applicable global data protection standards.

  • Full name, nationality, and date of birth.

  • Email address, phone number, and country of residence.

  • Passport and visa details, where required.

  • Payment records for self-funded participants.

  • Application form responses and attendance records.

  • Photos and video recordings captured during events.

  • IP address, device information, and cookies are used for analytics and security.

Purpose of Data Collection

Collected data is used solely for:

  • Participant selection and official communication.

  • Visa support processes, where applicable.

  • Payment processing and registration confirmation.

  • Certificate issuance and participation documentation.

  • Program safety, evaluation, and operational improvement.

Data Sharing

Participant information may be shared only when necessary with:

  • Hotels and venues for accommodation and logistical arrangements.

  • Embassies or immigration authorities when legally required.

  • Payment processors and financial service providers.

  • Government or security authorities when mandated by law.

No personal data is ever sold, rented, or commercially traded.

Data Retention & Deletion

All data is stored securely and retained only for the legally required period. Data is deleted or anonymized after the retention period expires unless regulatory obligations require an extension.

In the event of a data breach, affected users will be notified within 72 hours where required by GDPR.

3. Cyber Security Policy

FYGN applies reasonable and appropriate digital security standards to protect participant data. However:

  • No digital system is completely risk-free.

  • Participants are responsible for securing their own devices, accounts, and networks.

  • FYGN is not liable for third-party cyber incidents, service outages, or breaches beyond its direct control.
