Fully and Partially Funded Delegate

Scholarship places at the summit, awarded by a selection panel. An acceptance awards one of three scholarships: fully funded, partially funded, or an event pass. What yours covers, including travel, is agreed with you directly, and no scholarship covers visa costs. The registration fee is what you pay to apply, and you pay it when you submit: it covers the processing of your application by the panel. It is non-refundable and it is not a guarantee of a place.

Visa invitation

Visa Invitation Request

An official invitation letter for your visa application, issued by FYGN for this event. Sign up and pay the processing fee, and nothing else is charged at this stage: there is no programme package included and no registration fee on this track, and you arrange and pay for your own travel and accommodation. The fee is non-refundable on its own, but if you later choose to upgrade to a Self-Funded Delegate package, it is deducted from your final registration cost. The letter supports a visa application rather than guaranteeing one. Your travel document is collected so the letter can be issued in the right name.
