01
Coaching sessions, youth panels, a venture-building workshop and an open-mic platform. Every participant works in every format; the programme has no audience track. Sessions run through the day; guided outings and evening excursions across Budapest run after them.
02
Entrepreneurship is the core: an idea moved from testing to a working shape. Leadership is built through the process itself: coaching, panels and real decisions, not lectures on the subject. Women's leadership runs as a dedicated thread for young women founders, with stage time and outcomes shared equally.
03
Artificial intelligence is used inside the sessions rather than taught beside them: faster research, sharper testing, better decisions on what to build next. It supports the work and is not presented as a substitute for it.
04
A tested version of the idea rather than a pitch deck, and structured feedback from people who have built businesses themselves. The cohort is the third output, the same network that brought delegates from more than 40 countries together in Dubai. The programme closes with a panel and an awards ceremony.
