These Terms & Conditions apply to all programs, conferences, summits, retreats, training sessions, and events operated by Future Youth Global Network (FYGN). FYGN is a brand owned and managed by FUTURE YOUTH GLOBAL NETWORK EVENT – FZCO, a company registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates, under License No. 75038.
By submitting an application, completing payment, or attending any FYGN activity, the participant agrees to be legally bound by all clauses outlined below.
Eligibility
Participants must meet the age and program-specific requirements published for the relevant Program. FYGN reserves the right to verify identity and eligibility at any stage. Applications may be accepted or declined at FYGN's sole discretion without obligation to provide justification, provided that no decision is made on discriminatory grounds prohibited under applicable law.
Registration
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Only applicants who receive an official Acceptance Email are considered approved. Self-funded delegates must complete payment by the stated deadline. Failure to do so may result in the immediate loss of the allocated seat.
Fees & Charges
Application Fee. The Application Fee (also referred to as the Processing Fee) is charged solely to cover the cost of reviewing, evaluating, and processing the applicant's submission as part of a competitive, merit-based, and capacity-limited selection process. This service — the review and evaluation of the application — is fully rendered upon submission, regardless of the outcome.
Payment of the Application Fee grants the applicant entry into FYGN's evaluation and selection process for the relevant Program. It does not constitute a deposit, retainer, reservation fee, or partial payment toward confirmed participation, a funded seat, or any guaranteed outcome. Because the number of available seats, scholarships, or fully-funded places for any given Program is limited, and selection outcomes are inherently uncertain and depend on the relative merit of all applicants in that selection cycle, the Application Fee is deemed fully earned by FYGN upon submission and is non-refundable in full, regardless of: (a) the outcome of the application (accepted, waitlisted, or declined); (b) the reason for that outcome; (c) any subsequent change to the Program's dates, venue, format, or availability of funded seats; or (d) the applicant's own decision not to proceed following acceptance.
Program Fees. For self-funded delegates, Program Fees are refundable only in accordance with the Cancellation & Refund summary set out in Section 9 below and the full Refund & Financial Policy published separately.
Early Bird and Promotional Registration Rates. Early Bird and other promotional or discounted rates are separate, voluntarily-selected pricing tiers, offered at a reduced price in exchange for the applicant's advance, firm, and irrevocable commitment to attend the relevant Program on the specific dates published at the time of registration — in the same manner as non-refundable discounted airfares or non-refundable hotel rates, where a lower price is exchanged for a binding, non-cancellable commitment.
By selecting an Early Bird or promotional rate, the applicant expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
- the reduced price reflects a trade-off for foregoing the standard cancellation and refund schedule available to Standard Rate registrations;
- this registration is a contract for services related to a leisure, professional development, or educational activity with a fixed date and period of performance, as published for that Program at the time of registration;
- in accordance with Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights (where applicable), and equivalent provisions under other applicable consumer protection laws, the statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to distance or off-premises contracts does not apply to this booking, because it is a service tied to a specific date of performance;
- accordingly, all amounts paid under an Early Bird or promotional rate are non-refundable in full from the moment of payment, regardless of the reason for cancellation, non-attendance, visa refusal, illness, or any change in the applicant's personal or professional circumstances;
- the applicant had the option, at the time of registration, to instead select the Standard Rate, which remains subject to the Cancellation & Refund summary below, and chose the Early Bird / promotional rate freely and knowingly in exchange for the lower price.
Fully Funded Delegates. Do not pay Program Fees and are therefore not eligible for refunds. Failure to attend without prior notice may result in exclusion from future FYGN programs for a period determined by FYGN at its discretion.
VAT & Taxes. All fees are exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). If applicable under UAE law at the time of invoicing, VAT will be added to the total amount at the current legal rate.
Program Adjustments
FYGN reserves the right to modify program dates, venues, speakers, schedules, or formats when reasonably required due to safety considerations, logistics, government restrictions, armed conflict, force majeure, or host-country regulations. Such changes do not entitle participants to refunds beyond what is stated in Section 9 below and the Refund & Financial Policy.
Visas, Travel & Accommodation
FYGN may issue visa support documents where applicable but does not guarantee visa approval. Travel arrangements, flight bookings, and immigration compliance are the sole responsibility of the participant. FYGN is not responsible for costs or losses related to visa refusal, flight cancellation, accommodation issues, or travel delays.
Visa Support / Invitation Letter Fee. Where a separate fee is charged for the preparation and issuance of a visa support or invitation letter, this fee is charged in exchange for that service, which is fully rendered upon issuance of the letter to the applicant. FYGN does not control, influence, or guarantee the decision of any embassy, consulate, or immigration authority, and the approval or refusal of a visa application is entirely outside FYGN's control. Accordingly, this fee is non-refundable in full once the letter has been issued, regardless of whether the visa application is subsequently approved, refused, delayed, or not submitted by the applicant.
Conduct & Removal
Participants must comply with the FYGN Code of Conduct at all times. FYGN reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct, harassment, or violation of laws/regulations. No refund will be issued in such cases.
Certification
Issuance of certificates is at the discretion of FYGN and is contingent upon full attendance, active participation, and appropriate conduct throughout the program.
Intellectual Property (IP)
All materials, presentations, logos, branding, and training content provided during FYGN events are the intellectual property of FYGN or its speakers. Participants may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Cancellation & Refund Summary
(This section provides a summary sufficient for the purposes of this page. The full Cancellation & Refund Policy, including detailed schedules and processing terms, is published separately in the FYGN Refund & Financial Policy.)
- Application Fees and Visa Support Letter fees are non-refundable in full once the relevant service (application review, or letter issuance) has been rendered, as described in Section 3 and Section 5 above.
- Early Bird and promotional rates are non-refundable in full from the moment of payment, as described in Section 3 above.
- Standard Rate Program Fees, for self-funded delegates, are refundable on a tiered schedule based on the number of days before the Program start date on which a written cancellation request is received via email, calculated as follows:

Transaction and payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe fees, bank charges) and any currency conversion costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final refund amount. Approved refunds are processed within 14–21 business days from the date of approval; additional time may be required for funds to reflect in the delegate's bank account depending on their local bank's policies.
- No refunds are issued for no-shows, late withdrawals, early departure, or removal from a Program under Section 6.
- Fully Funded Delegates are not eligible for refunds, as no Program Fees are paid. Failure to attend without prior notice may result in exclusion from future FYGN programs, as described in Section 3 above.

Limitation of Liability
FYGN shall not be liable for illness, injury, loss, theft, visa issues, travel disruptions, accommodation failures, or force majeure events unless direct and gross negligence by FYGN is legally proven in a court of law, provided that nothing in this clause excludes or limits any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Amendments & Severability
Updates. FYGN reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Participation in any FYGN activity constitutes full acceptance of all FYGN legal policies, including but not limited to:

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights the participant may have under the law of their country of residence where applicable.
